Job description:

We are hiring a Site Control Specialist for a Renewable/Battery Manufacturer in Commerce, GA, responsible for ensuring the client's needs and overseeing the overall well-being of our employees working at the work sites.

Responsibilities:

Employee management on attendance, assignments, termination, policy guidelines, PPE, time cards, paychecks, and special training/orientation as needed
Data entry on ERP/CRM & time clock management for employees
Daily communication with clients (HR Dept. & Plant Supervisor) and employees to develop optimal positive rapport & relationship
Reports on employee activities & incidents on a timely basis
Attend training and meetings as required by clients and the company
Perform other duties instructed by the manager

Qualification:

Uncanny ability to assess situations and determine the most suitable plan of action
Excellent work ethic demonstrated by work history
Strong problem-solving ability and sense of responsibility
Tech Savvy, comfortable with various technology
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Exceptional organization skills and attention to details
Strong oral and written communication skills
Fully bilingual in Korean and English
Authorized to work in the U.S. (Visa Sponsorship Available)
