Duties include assuring conformance to specification, evaluating cycle time, assessing safety and ergonomics and conducting process capability studies prior to release to production. * Cost savings: to save cost, should do one’s best effort. Scrap reduction should be the first priority in normal process. Analyze scrap status and find solution to improve this. * Support maintenance department activities for equipment and tooling (i.e. PM schedules, spare part lists, etc.). * Participate in continuous improvement activities as they relate to machinery and tooling issues. * Robot running condition: check running condition and make effort for continuous improvement. * Inspection equipment(Vision, EOL, leak tester etc.) condition: check function and parts Condition and make effort for continuous improvement. Other equipment’s: check machines and parts condition and make effort for continuous Improvement. * Participate in CFT meetings and support team objectives (i.e. layouts, APQP (Advanced Products Quality Planning) activities, continuous improvement opportunities etc.) * Participate in all required training. And train team members and technicians to level up their skill, Quality mind set and related to improve production status. * Support and ensure compliance with current quality and environmental systems. * Responsible for Mid & Long-Term facilities load analysis and reducing facility load * Responsible for Establishing and managing CAPEX (Capital Expenditures) budgets. * Other duties, missions, and/or projects as assigned EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 1. Engineering degree from an accredited university program or equivalent experience. 1. Experience of at least 2 years in automotive field is preferred. 2. Bilingual English/Korean preferred 1. Production Control Specialist (Korean Bilingual Required) Timpl has partnered with a global electrolyte for EV battery manufacture and is seeking for a Korean Bilingual Production Control Specialist Main Responsibilities: * Review and do planning when sales order be going to be changed to production order based on capacity. * Documentation Production result and making a report periodically (and when needed). * Control Material coming schedule and follow-up with purchasing team. * Take responsibility for effective production management with production supervisors and operators. * Manage and control team members with proper training and evaluation. * Support physical Inventory to not have discrepancy between Actual goods and MES data with purchasing & sales team. * Complete Report and its analysis for production performance record. * Coordination with maintenance team to achieve productivity highly. * Prediction ability ; when have any information or any events in production floor, could predict chain case up-coming then prepare to protect and minimize.
