Summary This position will serve as a subject matter expert and perform maintenance tasks on a variety of equipment and systems throughout the facilities. Responsibilities: • Troubleshoots, repairs, maintains and overhaul equipment such as Electrical Distribution Components, System and Controls and other Electrical equipment. • The equipment is maintained to meet the operational conditions of each facility. • Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. • Diagnosing electrical faults for facility systems. • Order parts and material for repairs and maintain stock. • Plan and implement electrical equipment maintenance. • Preventive maintenance execution to complete all PM tasks. • Demonstrate problem solving methodology and reduce a loss of utility cost. • Initiate continuous improvement activities • Follow the work procedure and comply with safety & standard. • Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards: - Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain - Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container • Perform other duties as assigned. Summary The Electric Engineer is an experienced individual who will support the facilities engineering team. As an Electric Engineer, you will be an integral part of our engineering team, responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical components, equipment, and machinery. Responsibilities: • Apply Electrical and Facilities engineering expertise in business planning operations. • Support Facility Operations with electrical equipment design and specification. • Apply analytical and trouble shooting skills to minimize mean time to recovery. • Manage and maintain documentation for the site electrical systems. • Communicate critical updates to site system operators. • Support training of Facility Associates on enhancements to operations related to controls and electrical systems. • Work with departments outside of facilities on planned and unplanned projects requiring electrical equipment modification to help improve production process, equipment efficiency, safety, reliability, and delivery. • Assure that building electrical systems meet capacity and reliability requirements of the customer. • Manage testing, planning, and maintenance of 120 MVA electrical distribution system from 25 kV to 120 V. • Implement new engineering strategies and technologies to replace facilities equipment and systems at their end of life (EOL). • Review, verify and approve engineering/design drawings at the various design completion levels. • Providing schedules, reports, & presentations to department and company leadership. • Perform other duties as assigned.
