MANUFACTURINGProduction Control Specialist (Korean Bilingual Required) Timpl has partnered with a global electrolyte for EV battery manufacture and is seeking for a Korean Bilingual Production Control Specialist Main Responsibilities: * Review and do planning when sales order be going to be changed to production order based on capacity. * Documentation Production result and making a report periodically (and when needed). * Control Material coming schedule and follow-up with purchasing team. * Take responsibility for effective production management with production supervisors and operators. * Manage and control team members with proper training and evaluation. * Support physical Inventory to not have discrepancy between Actual goods and MES data with purchasing & sales team. * Complete Report and its analysis for production performance record. * Coordination with maintenance team to achieve productivity highly. * Prediction ability ; when have any information or any events in production floor, could predict chain case up-coming then prepare to protect and minimize. Requirements * 4year college graduated in related fields * Korean Bilingual Required * At least 2years Production planning or control experience required. * Experience in chemical manufacturing industry preferred. * MS Office Excellent Level for both Excel & Power Point required. * Understanding process (procedure) of relevant teams. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
ENGINEERINGMaintenance Engineer. MAJOR FUNCTION: Position Overview This position consists of performing engineering activities in order to maintain plant equipment and facilities. Maintenance engineers are required to understand and utilize their own skills and knowledge about manufacturing processes, equipment/facilities, and maintenance. They are a part of maintenance manager and will work with other maintenance team members and may also collaborate on daily activities with other organizational members. Responsibilities * Perform typical maintenance tasks (troubleshooting, engineering, project controls, etc.) * Execute any required safety assessments * Manage schedule to meet targets/due dates for each assignment * Summarize work results and record each accomplishment * Procure tools and equipment * Report and document * Control spare parts * Evaluate and solve equipment issues * Diagnose causes of breakdowns * Manage emergencies and unplanned repairs * Utilize the Essential Asset system to complete work orders * Delineate technical specifications for equipment and projects * Evaluate quotes * Evaluate KPIs, budgets, and cost saving measures, process improvements, safety, etc. Requirements * Bachelor's in Engineering, Science, or an equivalent education * 2 years of engineering and over 3 years of equipment maintenance experience * Experience in chemical manufacturing industry preferred. * Manufacturing processes and equipment/facilities and Mechanical or electrical design, components, and theories * Able to read mechanical or electrical drawings, symbols, and calculations * AutoCAD and other tools preferred * Knowledge of PLC, Electrical components, sequences, and schematics preferred * MS Office Excellent Level for both Excel & Power Point required. * Ability to collaborate in a team, actively learn and listen, exhibit critical thinking, and have a professional business attitude
ENGINEERINGProduction Assistant Manager. MAJOR FUNCTION: * Supervises and coordinates all activities of the manufacturing group. * Troubleshoots problems and co-originates activities through appropriate support groups to ensure support is received. * Monitors safety, quality, productivity and all other areas of the Plant as needed. * The roles and responsibilities listed are not meant to be all inclusive. * The needs of the company may require individuals to perform other functions. * Follow, explain and clarify company policies and procedures to Supervisors. * Enforce safety regulation. * Recommend and assist in implementing measures to improve methods, equipment, performance, product quality, efficiency improvements through daily information sharing and production reports. * Strive to meet all direct and indirect labor goals * Address issues of disciplinary action with Supervisors and HR * Oversee and/or assist in analyzing and resolving worker conflicts and problems. Ensure Team members have the tools to perform and meet departmental goals and corporate expectations. Coach, counsel, train and motivate Supervisors and other Team members. * Participate, facilitate and oversee evaluations, CFTs, committees, task forces. * Initiate disciplinary action up to and including termination in conjunction with the HR Manager. * Communicate issues to the Plant Manager on a daily basis. * Support all Plant and departmental initiatives. Promote 5S projects throughout the plant. * Clearly communicate Plant Goals/Expectations and develop/implement plans to achieve. * Mentor/Teacher/Trainer to team members with a particular focus on team building, standardized work, lean and continuous improvement methodology. PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB: * Demonstrated knowledge of products, processes, people and systems, prior automotive and TS16949 experience preferred * Engineering degree preferred, and/or equivalent experience and proven track record. * 3Demonstrated communication skills both oral and written. * Strong interpersonal skills & ability to work in a team environment. * Basic computer skills a must.
